Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may nominate a delegate to come in your place at no additional charge. If you wish to change the attendee, please inform us of your decision at, along with the new delegate’s name, professional affiliation, and email. Kindly share this information before the 15th of October 2024.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the event results in a 50% refund on the registration fee.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the event will result in no refund.  In the case of extenuating circumstances, refund requests after this deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Organsing Committee.

A refund will not be provided in the event of a ‘no-show.’

The cancellation policy holds in all instances apart from force majeure where the event is cancelled for reasons of war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergencies, making it impossible to hold the event in the UAE or online.
