Accommodation

FORM is working to partner with local hotels to offer delegates discounted rates throughout the duration of the conference, and this page will be updated on a rolling basis. We will also arrange for transport to be provided from our select hotel venue and Qatar National Library. Delegates can, however, opt for arranging their own accommodation and transportation plans if it is more suitable.

Before booking your accommodation, we suggest you start the process of obtaining the entry visa through the Hayaa Portal to validate if the Qatari government requires you to book and provide proof of your accommodation through the Discover Qatar portal
